Visma receives 2021 Confirmit ACE Award for achievement in customer excellence

Visma, leading European software provider, has been awarded a 2021 Confirmit ACE Award in the Innovation Category for the Golden Rules framework used in Visma Software AS.


Visma received the award in the Innovation category, which recognises companies that are using innovative approaches in their programs to reach their goals. This award recognises Visma’s outstanding dedication and success in using innovative approaches to drive better customer experiences and create a customer-centric organisation.


Confirmit, now a Forsta brand, has hosted the renowned ACE Awards yearly since 2005 to recognise some of its most innovative customers. The award honours clients dedicated to achieving universal customer excellence and who have demonstrated tangible business improvements as a result. As a recipient of an ACE Award, Visma has proven its commitment to customers by continually evolving its customer experience program to gather better insights and fuel smarter, faster action. 

Visma has earned the Confirmit ACE Award based on the following initiatives:

  • Using innovative approaches to get engagement around internal customer-centric mindset
  • Creating a framework, Golden Rules, that focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • After implementing Net Promoter System (NPS) and Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) years ago, have now seen a significant improvement in scores and engagement after implementing the Golden Rules Framework

The ACE (Achievement in Customer Excellence) Awards program was established in 2005 to recognise outstanding achievement in customer excellence. Receiving an ACE Award is a distinct honour that demonstrates both rigorous application of customer and employee experience processes and outstanding performance as measured by those processes. All Forsta customers are eligible for ACE Awards for their company, business units, or segments of a business.
