Work closely with product development

Customer Support is the first and second line; development is the third. Naturally, you will be our customers' biggest advocate and a major stakeholder in making sure issues are fixed to reduce the number of incoming issues. As part of the Customer Support team, you'll work closely with development to plan both the development and maintenance of the product.
