Why be a Management Trainee?

As a Management Trainee in Visma you will constantly be given new challenges, both through intensive training and practical experiences, and through your projects. Throughout the one year program you will be assigned five different projects with different roles across companies, business areas, and countries in the Visma Group. Previous Management Trainees have worked on various projects in areas such as Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, Product Development, Finance, and Customer Experience.

During your trainee year you will establish a large network of colleagues and work closely with several of Visma’s key personnel. Together with your own mentor and a program coordinator, you will ensure personal and professional growth and plan your future career path. The primary location will be at one of Visma’s offices in your respective country, however the first project will take place in Visma’s headquarters in Oslo, Norway. Moreover, Visma’s wide international presence gives you the opportunity to work abroad during several of the projects.

Summer internship – Project Management

Do you want a summer job as a project manager in one of Europe’s leading software companies?

Visma gives talented and motivated IT and economics students with genuine interest in business and technology the opportunity to work as a Summer Intern for 6 weeks. At Visma, we work every day to solve complicated problems and develop IT solutions that matter. We use software to support health, integration, economic growth and the environment and help make the world a better place.

As a Summer Intern in the Visma Group, you will gain insight and hands-on experience with project management within one of Visma’s many business areas and you will work on projects that are of great strategic importance to Visma’s future success. As Summer Intern you work at the group level and can thus get a project in any company in Visma. During the internship you will participate in relevant courses and social events, as well as build a valuable network in the company.
