Visma has acquired Pink Web Applications B.V., supplier of Client Online, an innovative customer interaction platform for accounting firms and their clients. The acquisition is fully in line with the strategy set out by Visma, Europe’s biggest supplier of cloud software, to continue expanding its activities in the Netherlands, with a strong focus on the accounting sector.
ClientOnline is PinkWeb’s leading communication and collaboration platform, serving many satisfied customers. The platform facilitates efficient, automated, clearly structured information and communication processes, ideal for interaction between accounting firms, clients, and data retrieval parties such as the national tax authorities, the trade register, or banks. The Amersfoort-based company has been a market leader in the sector for more than fifteen years.
