Notable results for Visma
- Annualised Repeatable Revenue (ARR) grew 28 % year over year to reach € 1 744 million
- Visma’s revenue grew 18 % compared to Q1 last year, to € 579 million
- SaaS remains a key driver of revenue growth, with combined revenue from SaaS subscriptions and transactions growing 27 % compared to the same period last year.
- Visma now has over 1 260 000 customers, and SaaS customer contracts grew 20 % year over year. 81 % of Visma’s total revenues now come from cloud software and related services.
- Visma’s software now accounts for over 18,1 million invoices and 10,3 million payslips across Europe every month.
Performance of business areas
Visma’s four primary business areas all had healthy growth in Q1 compared to the same period last year.
Visma Nordics grew by 19 %; Visma Benelux by 18 %; Visma Custom Solutions by 13 %; and Visma’s geographical expansion areas in Central and Eastern Europe and Latin America by 59 %.
15 new companies joined the family
15 companies joined Visma in Q1, with a combined annual revenue of € 35 million (pro forma).
Notable acquisitions included Danish company Creditro, provider of Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) software; Dutch company Lyanthe, provider of automation software for accountants; and Swedish provider of cloud accounting software, Bokio, which will close in Q2.
