The acquisition strengthens Visma’s ERP offering in Latin America.
“Just two months ago, we announced the acquisition of Calipso to cover the mid-market with a SaaS ERP solution,” said Alvaro Capobianco, President of Visma Latin America. “Thanks to this new acquisition of Contagram, we can now proudly complement our offering in the micro segment as well.”
The acquisition allows Visma, with its main presence in Europe, to enter into the ERP market in Latin America for SMBs.
