Cox Consulting Oy is a Finnish IT consulting company that provides business intelligence consulting to Finnish large customer segment. The company provides consulting services with Qlik solutions as well as profitability analysis consulting using an own product called Basin. During 2017 the company will be merged to Visma Consulting Oy and will continue operating under the Visma brand.
The revenue of Visma Consulting in Finland will be 17,5 million euros in 2016 before the acquisition. It is an important player in the IT consulting market for large companies and public sector customers in Finland. The acquisition further strengthens it’s position in the Finnish market and expands the service offering further in the area of business intelligence solutions.
