Visma strengthens its position as the largest ERP vendor in Finland by acquiring Finnvalli, a Finnish accounting software and real estate management company. The acquisition strengthens Visma’s ERP footprint in Finland and underpin Visma’s position as the largest vendor in Finland.
Finnvalli has experienced strong growth during the last few years, and the revenue reached 5 M€ in 2013. Finnvalli is well known for its high quality services and solid reputation in the market.

This acquisition underpins Visma’s strong focus on accounting offices and increased focus on the Finnish market. Visma now employs more than 900 people in Finland and the number is growing rapidly.

Increasing market shares
Before acquisitions Visma had approximately overall 17% market share* in Finland (SME).

This is the second Visma acquisition within one week. Last week Visma acquired Priorite and expanded the Finnish operations to include software consulting.
