The acquisition strengthens Visma’s HR offering in Latin America.
“We are delighted to increase our HR product portfolio and help our customers with new technology which enables them to manage their employee engagement and performance. The workplace has changed and the most important asset in any company is its people,” said Alvaro Capobianco, President of Visma Latin America.
This acquisition allows Visma to expand its HR product footprint across several countries in Latin America, while offering customers technology that helps them create added value.
“It is an honour for us to join forces with Visma and work together to deliver the best HR technology in Latin America. Both companies share the same values and also a similar purpose, so we know that a combined product portfolio will help to speed up the expansion of Mandü,” said Sebastián Nadal, CEO and Co-founder of Mandü.
Founded in 2015, Mandü was created with the goal of building a better place to work. Today, 85 employees work together to support more than 250 customers and 300 000 users.
“At Visma, we believe that aligned and committed employees will give their best at work. Through technology that gives employees a voice and empowers managers with real-time data, we are confident that we will continue to improve our customers’ HR strategies,” affirms Capobianco.
