The Danish company mySupply has been acquired by Visma. The acquisition strengthens Visma's ownership and position within the digital infrastructure and invoice and document management in the Danish market.
With the acquisition of mySupply, Visma adds one of the country's leading suppliers of solutions for electronic commerce and system integrations to its growing family. The acquisition expands Visma's ownership and position within digital infrastructure for end-to-end electronic invoicing and document management, which will benefit Danish companies.
"With mySupply joining us, we have a unique opportunity to apply and develop the digital infrastructure for electronic invoicing, which will ultimately create great value for the Danish business community," Lars Engbork, Managing Director of Visma e-conomic, explained.
“mySupply has built a platform that can handle electronic documents on a vast scale, which meets the needs of regional and government institutions. Through mySupply, Visma is now able to meet the demands of large customers and at the same time support the continuous digitalisation of the Danish business community,” Engbork continued.
mySupply was founded in 2000 and is located in Aabybro near Aalborg. Their client list includes several regional bodies, state agencies, and large private companies. Founder and owner of mySupply, Flemming Beltoft, looks forward to the collaboration with Visma:

The acquisition formally took place on the 11th of January 2022. MySupply will continue to run as an independent company.
