Visma Consulting Oy has acquired Vuealta Oy, Finland's leading provider of consultancy services in design and analytics solutions from Anaplan. Vuealta Oy was founded in 2016 and currently has a market share of more than 80 percent of Finland's Anaplan implementations.
Visma Consulting is a strong player in the knowledge management consulting and software market, and the acquisition will strengthen this position. Vuealta will join Visma Consulting, which provides digitalisation services to Finnish companies and the public sector with about 500 experts.
