“Visma continued its profitable growth and reached 2.1 million customers in Q1, marking a strong start to 2025. During the quarter, Visma further focused its business by divesting governance solutions provider Admincontrol to Euronext. The Group also made four acquisitions and one minority purchase, including a successful public takeover of Penneo, a leading provider of digital signing solutions in the Nordic markets.
