Visma, Europe’s leading provider of mission-critical business software, announces the appointment of Sir Ron Kalifa as Non-Executive Chairman, effective 1 January 2026. Øystein Moan, former CEO of Visma (1997-2020) and Executive Chairman since 2019, will continue to serve on the Board of Directors.
Ron brings two decades of experience in building and scaling businesses within financial services, technology, and consumer-facing sectors, including his tenure as CEO of Worldpay, board and advisory positions across global fintech companies and as a member of the Bank of England’s Court of Directors. His current roles include serving as Vice Chairman of Brookfield’s private equity business, Non-Executive Director for IHG Hotels & Resorts and Council Member of Imperial College London.
Also joining Visma’s Board as a Non-Executive Director is Adam Warby, former CEO of the global IT consulting and services company Avanade. Adam brings extensive executive experience from the technology sector, and currently serves as Chair of Ocado Group.
