UseItGroup – known for the brands Bouwsoft, Groensoft, and Archisoft – comes under the wings of the Visma Group. With this acquisition, Visma is off to a flying start within the rapidly growing construction and installation sector.
Visma – title sponsor of Wout van Aert's Jumbo-Visma team – is the European leader in cloud business solutions. The originally Norwegian multinational, good for 12,500 employees, is continuing its advance in Belgium. This acquisition is the fourth in a row in Belgium, after Yuki, Syneton, and Admisol. With Bouwsoft, Visma is now broadening its spectrum with sector-specific solutions.
John Reynders, area director Visma Benelux says "By working together with Bouwsoft we are creating a head start in the market for construction professionals. The construction companies among our 1.2 million customers in Europe will be able to benefit from Bouwsoft's expertise. Bouwsoft and its customers can also draw on the innovations and expertise we have as a group."
The construction-related sector, with almost 150,000 active companies, is an important economic sector in Belgium and is currently catching up in the field of digitisation. With 25 years of expertise and more than 10,000 construction professionals, Bouwsoft offers a complete and integrated solution that simplifies many aspects of administration.
The software package bundles CRM and quotations is connected to material suppliers and has a tool for efficient project follow-up. With Bouwsoft's subsequent calculation it is perfectly possible to compare actual costs with the original quotation. Bouwsoft also makes it possible to smoothly (interim) invoicing and follow-up payments. By means of the mobile app, construction professionals are perfectly able to do time registration on-site, process work orders digitally, and consult all information.

Bouwsoft, Groensoft, and Archisoft will continue their business activities as independent organisations under their current names. The existing partnerships and independence will remain guaranteed. The current management will remain on board and the local team will be further expanded. An acquisition amount is not disclosed.
