Community investments

Stronger in cooperation

When it comes to supporting our local communities, working together with other organisations has a much bigger impact than working alone. The committed engagement of our employees is also key.

We engage in partnerships, local investments, sponsorships, and other projects that have a positive impact on society and environment.

SHE Community

SHE Community’s primary goal is to close the pay gap between men and women. One of their main activities is hosting the SHE Conference, an annual event focusing on gender diversity. Every year they also release the SHE Index, which measures how various companies are doing related to equality and diversity.

Visma has been a proud partner of SHE since 2019. At SHE Conference, we are present every year with materials and workshops, for example moderating discussions around the best ways to create more gender balance and diversity in technology.

Equality check

Equality Check provides a platform where employees can leave anonymous reviews about their employers’ equality, workplace culture, and more. Where in some cases people might not feel comfortable stating their opinion, the platform promotes greater transparency and accountability.

High performing organisations gain by being seen as a more attractive employer. Job seekers benefit by being able to see how different companies compare in the areas that matter to them.

With a strong belief in data-driven approaches, Visma co-funded this project and is a founding partner.

Women in Tech SE

Women in Tech Sweden is the largest Nordic event for women in the tech industry. They work to attract more women to tech by providing a network of peers and showcasing women leaders and experts in different fields. They also ensure that women already in the industry have the competences and development opportunities they need to succeed.

Visma has been a supporting partner of Women in Tech since 2020. We share anecdotes and best practices on the work we do and decisions we make, acting as a role model for women in the tech industry.
