Admincontrol Board Portal and Virtual Data Room is a web service which runs on Admincontrol Private Cloud (hosted at Stack Infrastructure Norway).The Admincontrol Board portal product provide functionality with meeting minutes, secure messaging functionality and document collaboration features together with versioning, audit reports and electronic signing of documents.Product is run on same platform as the Virtual Data Room product for M&A processes
