Financial Highlights
Visma delivered record financial results in 2025. Key highlights include1:
● Annualised Repeatable Revenue (ARR) stood at EUR 2.8 billion, representing 19% total growth.
● Full year revenue of EUR 2.8 billion, up 17% year on year
● The customer base continued to develop strongly, increasing by 22% to reach 2.4 million
● Adjusted EBITDA grew by 18.5% to EUR 975 million, resulting in a margin of 35%
1) Figures presented excluding contribution from disposed entities (Admincontrol, Visma Consulting LV and spun-out Norvato entities) for reported period and comparable period.
Sustainability Highlights
Visma made solid progress across several key initiatives for the Group. In particular:
● The Group achieved a 38% absolute reduction in total Scope 1 and market-based Scope 2 emissions compared to its 2022 baseline, firmly progressing towards its 50% reduction target by 2030.
● 78.4% of Visma’s purchased electricity (excluding heating and cooling) was sourced from certified renewable energy in 2025, up from 58% in 2024.
● Visma was once again reaffirmed as one of Europe’s Diversity Leaders by the Financial Times, and remains in the top 5% of the technology industry for employee engagement.
