Investment in youth

Of the nearly 2 billion young people in the world today, 90% live in low- and middle-income countries. Without a grounded education or essential skills, many are at risk of missing out on their talents and dreams.

Through 2026, we will provide sustained financial support to UNICEF, primarily to the UPSHIFT programme. UPSHIFT is a social innovator accelerator that gives young people lifelong opportunities to make meaningful change in their communities.

By learning vital skills such as problem-solving, creativity, collaboration and leadership, they become empowered to take charge of their present and future as entrepreneurs, employees, and global citizens.

A portion of our financial support will also go to UNICEF’s general relief efforts for children in vulnerable situations around the world.

We have long been an active supporter of UNICEF’s work to help vulnerable children around the world. Since 2017, we have funded the following efforts:

Core operations, powered by Visma

It is vital that NGOs minimise administrative costs through secure, reliable software that enables effective operations and compliance.

During 2024, UNICEF Norway will begin using several of our essential software solutions, free of charge.

The goal is to optimise time and resources, allowing full focus on their primary mission: helping children in need.

Stay tuned for more information on how our business software will help UNICEF meet their goals.
