Sustainability governance

We integrate sustainability at every level through a structured framework that connects local operations to executive oversight.

Our sustainability framework is built on a tiered structure where local coordinators and regional leads facilitate ground-level operations, while a central Sustainability Board translates resulting insights into actionable plans. Final accountability and strategic oversight rest with the Board of Directors, which reviews policies and progress to ensure targets remain a core organisational priority.

Managing supply chains

We strive to manage the environmental and social impacts of our suppliers during procurement planning, ongoing engagement, and the management of vendor relationships. Through our Supplier Code of Conduct, suppliers and partners are obligated to operate ethically and align with our sustainability standards.

Procurement is managed at the individual company level. Visma governs the process through a centralised framework for selection, risk assessment and monitoring. With this approach, suppliers are evaluated against our standards, upholding our commitment to responsible supply chain management.
