About Community

Visma Community is an online community developed by Visma for its customers and others who want to gain knowledge about Visma's products and services and receive relevant professional information.

If you want to actively participate in the Community, you must register as a user. You will then have the opportunity to communicate with Visma and like-minded users about our products, services and professional topics.

Visma's goal is to ensure that Community is a secure platform for communication. Guidelines for Visma Community can be found here.

Your obligations when using Community

Visma Community should be an arena for receiving important information and exchange of user experiences. We want people to use Community to share their experiences and ask questions that are important to them, but not at the expense of the other users or the integrity of the community. Politeness, good manners and respect for other members are crucial to being a member of the Community.

When you create a user in Community, you shall:

  • Use the same name that you use on a daily basis
  • Never share your password or transfer your account to anyone else (without our permission)
  • Not write anything that is illegal, misleading, discriminatory or fraudulent
  • Not infringe or violate anyone else's rights, including intellectual property rights
  • Not publish phone numbers, email addresses, account numbers or other confidential or sensitive information. What you write will be visible to other users.

Visma's rights

Visma reserves the right to:

  • In some cases, move your post to a more appropriate forum in Community
  • Delete content that is defined as advertising, sales promotions, spam etc.
  • Update the Community Guidelines
  • Edit and remove inappropriate content, and
  • Block members if they do not follow Visma's guidelines for the service or violate these general terms and conditions

Visma further reserves the right to update these general terms and conditions. Visma only makes changes if this is necessary due to new legislation, if the provisions are no longer sufficient or if the provisions are incomplete. Visma will notify you (e.g. by e-mail or through Community) at least 30 days before we make significant changes to the terms of these general terms and conditions, unless the changes are due to a requirement by applicable law. This gives you an opportunity to review the changes before they take effect and possibly deactivate the user if you do not want to accept the new general terms and conditions.

If you wish to deactivate your Visma Community user, send an email to community@visma.com.

Liability

Visma is not responsible for what our customers or other external persons publish on the Community platform.

Much of the information you find in Community is produced and published by other members who are not employees of Visma. Many of Visma's customers have a broad knowledge of our products, and they will often publish useful information and answers to your questions. Visma cannot be held responsible for incorrect advice and information provided by non-employee members.
