Accelerate together with Paulo Genargue and Johan Svensk

Our partnership with Team Visma | Lease a Bike is all about the fusion of technology and teamwork, which fuels the team’s success. We’re proud to sponsor a team where data, strategy, and tech come together to power world-class performance. This synergy, ‘accelerate together’, echoes the collaborative efforts that define our partnership.
At Visma, our strength lies in the diversity of our people. Across various offices and roles – from tech developers to project managers, from Oslo to Amsterdam – each individual contributes uniquely to our mission. This diversity of our experiences and skills is what drives us forward, much like a well-coordinated cycling team.
This week, we're thrilled to introduce Paulo Genargue from Visma e-conomic and Johan Svensk from Spiris. Their insights reinforce the power of teamwork across both digital and physical landscapes, and have earned them the honour of having their names on the official Tour de France jerseys this year.
Paulo Genargue, Denmark
A seasoned software developer at Visma e-conomic, Paulo believes that a single developer, no matter how skilled, cannot accomplish what a united team can achieve. Reflecting on his career, he emphasises the necessity of collaboration and mutual reliance akin to cyclists pushing forward collectively. For Paulo, ‘accelerate together’ captures the essence of teamwork, allowing greater achievements without burnout.

Johan Svensk, Sweden
Johan, a passionate runner, cyclist, and Video Producer at Spiris, illustrates the strength found in unity: "We save energy and build speed, each person lifting the other." His words capture the spirit of camaraderie celebrated throughout our partnership and the dynamic of Visma’s diverse teams.

Both Paulo and Johan showcase how collaboration, whether in software or sport, fuels progress and transforms individual efforts into shared victories.
As always, look for their names on this year's Tour de France jerseys. Stay tuned as we continue to explore what ‘accelerate together’ means for our employees as our series continues.
